It's an anti-gravity based workout that uses state of the art movements to create low impact exercises, with the added benefit of increased blood & lymphatic flow. Bungee fitness is a fun alternative to an everyday strength training and/or cardiovascular workout that increases muscle power, strength, balance, agility as well as cardiovascular capacity.

10 Bungee Fitness Classes weekly

Bungee Level 1 - "Finding your wings"
This class is required for the beginner. Learn the basic movements and get a great full body workout! Less emphasis on synchronizing movements to music. No coordination required.
Take this class as many times as you need before moving on to Level 2.
Bungee Level 2 - "Exploring your wings"
After taking Level 1 Bungee classes, discover more skill sets and flying. We will be kicking up the cardio a notch and flying through creative and fun routines. Take this class until your Instructor approves you for Level 3.
Bungee Level 3 - "Soaring"
Once you've mastered all the skills, have taken several Level 2 classes and after approval by your instructor, you'll be ready to take this class. This is a fast paced class of constant routines and little or no stopping, working on back AND front point.

What should I wear and bring?
Long tight fitting pants, and tight fitting top, since you will be going upside down. Also, because it might take some time to get used to the harness, you might want to layer or wear biking shorts. Our Bungee Fitness classes require athletic shoes. Weight lifting gloves are optional. Bring plenty of water and raw ginger to combat any excessive dizziness.
Are there any age and weight restrictions?
Yes, you need to be at least 90 lbs and no more than 220 lbs. You will be weighed at your first session so we can assign you the appropriate bungee. The classes are for ages 16 years and up.
What should I expect of my first class?
Bungee Fitness involves a lot of cardio based on running, jumping and lunges. If you are not able to do these type of activities well, Bungee Fitness may be very challenging for you. The harness is padded for comfort, but after an hour of activity you will be feeling pressure/pinching where the harness touches your body since your body weight is being pushed and pulled against the harness.
Are there any contraindications?
If you have had recent surgery or injuries, high blood pressure, vertigo or are pregnant, you won't be able to participate in the classes.
Aerial Silks Lessons
Learn to build up enough strength to hold yourself up in the air on silks, invert and climb on them. Learn wraps, focus on proper technique and eventually learn tricks and sequences from up in the air. We focus on safety and building a strong foundation from the ground before advancing into the air.
