Bungee Fitness Classes
Bungee fitness is a fun,
unique low-impact, high energy workout. You'll be fitted into a harness which will be attached to a bungee cord that is anchored to the ceiling. Bungee fitness classes work the entire body with a combination of cardio and strength moves.

Learn to build up enough strength to hold yourself up in the air on silks, invert and climb on them. Learn wraps, focus on proper technique and eventually learn tricks and sequences from up in the air. We focus on safety and building a strong foundation from the ground before advancing into the air.

Bungee INTRO Class:
In this required class, you will learn how to put on and adjust your harness. Then you will learn basic bungee fitness moves to get you comfortable on the bungee.
You will float, bounce, jump and fly, feeling like a kid again while getting a great workout!
PLEASE BRING A CHANGE OF SHOES FOR CLASS.
NO OUTSIDE SHOES IN THE STUDIO!
- Everyone will enter the facility through the door located at the backside of the building.
- At the door, staff will meet you and perform a temperature scan. If your temperature is 100.4 or higher, you will be asked to leave.
Please notify us if you have been exposed to or have been diagnosed with Covid-19.
- Everyone entering the studio will be asked to use the touchless hand sanitizer provided by us.
- Masks are recommended but not required.
- Equipment and floors will be sanitized after each class.
